Artisan Cheese and Butter Making

dive into the delicious world of artisan dairy! Using award-winning Gippsland Jersey Milk, named Australia’s best milk in 2024, this hands-on workshop will teach you how to craft your own butter and cheese from scratch. Guided by an expert, you’ll create a range of dairy delights.

An easy walk, suitable for a pram or wheel chair.

Step into the wild world of urban foraging and uncover the hidden treasures growing right under your nose! Join us for a guided walk through the charming streets and parks of Beechworth, where we’ll explore the fascinating world of edible and medicinal “weeds.

This walk will change the way you see the world around you. Perfect for nature lovers, food enthusiasts, and anyone curious about living more sustainably, the Town Weed Forager Walk is a fun and interactive way to connect with the land and its untapped potential.
